Features:
- Long Fertility: Enriched with trace elements, this aquarium gravel has a longer life than common gravel, making it economical.
- Easy to Use: No need to wash before use; can be put directly into the fish tank.
- Eco-Friendly: Nutrients in the gravel are continuously released without polluting the water.
- High Stability: The gravel does not decompose easily, preventing it from turning into powder or muddy water.
- Water pH Balance: Suitable for creating a weak acid water bed environment, but not suitable for alkaline water fish and marine aquaculture environments.
How to Use the Soil for Planting:
- This aquarium substrate soil does not need to be washed before use.
- The suitable thickness of the soil for breeding aquatic plants is preferably 6-8 cm on average.
- Lay it flat on the bottom of the tank, with the front low and the rear high for a stronger stereo effect.
- If the soil is relatively dry, use a watering can to wet the soil before filling it with water. Wait for 10 minutes before refilling. Control the water flow to prevent disturbing the soil bed.
- Keep the soil moist or immersed in water when planting.
- After water injection, the water may be slightly turbid. Add nitrating bacteria, use filter cotton in the filter tank, and use activated carbon to accelerate water purification.
- After stabilizing the water quality and establishing the nitrification system, introduce aquarium organisms. (Advice: Replace all the water 48 hours after injection and re-fill to remove excess humic acid.)
- Use root fertilizer and liquid fertilizer in a timely manner. Normally, no fertilizer or nutrient solution is needed within the first 2 weeks of tank setup. Add fertilizers after two weeks.
